99 A4 Quattro 2.6 Alternator Help
I'm trying to replace the alternator on my car. Is it possible to gain access to the alternator without putting the front in service position? If so, could you explain to me how?

I doubt you can remove the alternator without putting the front into service position. It's easy enough to do and you might as well learn how. Take a look at this pictorial.
