There's one located in the f.a.q. that is a sticky at the top of this forum. Here's the link to it. Click on the link in it that says "B5 Assembly Manual and Torque Specs" and it will take you to a site to download it. Be careful not to download something you don't want though. That site has a lot of pop-ups.

 

I've gotten one from an Ebay seller, which is actually the temporary password to download a PDF. Seems to me it was about $6. I also did that within the last few months for the Touareg we bought, but in that case they sent me a CD-ROM. Huge file too.

 

The Haynes manual can be found at autozone or pepboys if your lucky. The Bentley is expensive from what I hear so I don't know if you will want that.
