probably windshield washer fluid because it doesnt look like oil, and its probably from a torn headlight washer fluid hose.

one or two of the tabs on that headlight are broken. if his insurance is covering it you will have to replace the whole light. probably new quarter pannel and bumper too.

you can snap that bumper back in place for now though, it looks like it was just torn off the clips that hold the sides on. it takes a bit of pressure to snap it back in, just line it up and push hard.

that'll buff out... well mostly. jb weld the top tabs back onto the headlight.

then you're back on the road until you get around to fixing it right? Sucks man. accidents are a totally unnecessary hassle.

insurance will take care of it all, its just sort of an unnecessary hassle. I have to leave for school in about a week and I think it might not be ready by then. Yeah, the fluid was windshield washer fluid, the tank broke tho not the line to the headlight, and while the headlight casing is in good shape, the brackets holding it in place snapped off so I still need another one = /
