Ehh no, our sunroofs tilt down and slide in-between the roof and headliner. I totally forgot to take a pic though, I'll go out and do that right now.

Not sure if it's relevant but there are also drain holes in the engine bay compartment that holds the battery and the ECU. If those get clogged, which they do, that area can fill up with water and **** **** up or even get into the car. There is one drain directly under the battery (have to remove it) and one around the same spot on the other side.

 

cheers mate , yeah managed to find that out out just in time in the snow we had , bulk head was about 4 inches in water cleaned all that out with no damage caused, v lucky,

its in the roof when rained i some times hear water abd want to check all drains are cleaned out , no damp in the car or water marks just want peace of mind all drains are clean they are the only ones i cant locate

 

Is it possible his avant, doesn't have drain holes in the sunroof since his sunroof does slide out instead of like outs where it goes between the roof and the inside?!

 

Sorry about the delay, but here ya go. This is kind of a tough pic to figure out, but this is the driver's side front corner of the sunroof. The raised bit to the left side of the picture is the driver's side rail on which the sunroof glass slides. The drain hole is at the end of the arrow. There's a drain like that at each corner.

 

thanks mate ill have a look , but starting to think like some one posted as mine comes out and up not down and in might not have drain holes but will be checking it out none the less , thanks appreciate it
