ok so i found a roll of tape and decided i'd put out a slight preview of something you will be seeing me walk through in the next few weeks....widebody fender flares. This job will take quite a bit of time but is not as hard as a lot of people might think. Hopefully my posts will inspire someone to GO FOR IT as well haha. Anyways heres a quick 3 minute mock-up...

 

(((believe it or not some people actually lay glass over a super simple mold like this and are able to pull of a pretty decent overall finish. but i think i will be making mine extremely reinforced and do it right.)))

Good news people...i'm taking next week off and hopefully i will find some time to pull off the widebody fenders. I finally found a set of s4 sides so i'll pick them up friday. Keep your eye out for some inspiration to go do yours! And here's another picture right before i finished the hood:
