you can get 300bhp out of the 440....but wheel is probably not going to happen


now with that said..... mike got 250bhp out of a k03... but that was on a race gas tune....


you can get a base tune and have it tweeked and squeeze more out.... or just get your base tune and get an mbc and crank the boost up a bit

It is most certainly possible, but maybe not out of his turbo because it is rather small. From my experience/understanding, a 50trim t3/t04 with .63a/r will make roughly 300+awhp at 20psi on a 440cc tune, and 330-350awhp on a 630cc tune at the same psi.

Seems odd seeing that Elim owners are able to make near 280-300whp on 440cc injectors.

At what psi on who's tune? Im assuming a Uni at 21psi?

Uni and Revo. Even the B6 guys were running 440cc injectors on Revo at that power level and as we know the B6 needs larger injectors then the B5 cars to make the same power since they run a static fuel pressure.

I have seen B6's make almost 400whp on 630cc injectors.


.50 a/r compressor housing? wow that thing is tiny.

Yea I figured. You're saying B6's are making 400awhp on elims with 630cc tunes? Thats very impressive if so.

The shop he spoke with must be mistaken, because thats like the low end of an elim or 440cc tunes on most full frame turbos. This poor guy must think we are nuts, he asked a few simple questions and it turned into all this lol.

No. Not even the 2871r elim is going to make 400whp on a quattro car. lol
Highest I have seen out of one of those was 350whp and that was pushing 32+psi on 110 octane.

I have seen B6's with 3071r and 3076r make nearly 400whp on 630cc injectors.

they said if i wanted 300hp+ i would need a maf from a v8 and 630 injectors and the bigger eurodyne tune he also mention that it would run on low psi dont know if its true... how would a maf from a v8 work???

i'm running the car with stock injectors right now and it runs like **** turbo surging and barely moving if i connect the maf it shuts off but if i disconnect it cars runs alot better but still slow... before i get the 440cc just wanna make sure those people know what they are talking about..

Ok, that is much more like it lol. I was about to say. When and where is this happening.

I saw a thread with a 1.8 on a 3076r making just over 500whp on 630's, which I thought was very impressive. I dont recall if it was a gti or a4, but it must have been fwd to get those numbers. I know it was on race gas, but still. I'm not planning to make much more than that on my current setup when its back together, which is 1000cc's and a 35r.
