A4 - Timing Belt Idler Roller

Default A4 - Timing Belt Idler Roller
I was wondering if the timing belt idler roller should be loose or if it is on its way out. I noticed this post on youtube that shows a roller that is in a very similar situation as mine. Is it time to replace it and or will this just occur once again.

Whoa! Worn out. The one I replaced was not anything like that.
