A4 won't run right when I swap ECUs.
I have a GIAC flashed ECU and I was thinking of selling it so I ordered an ECU with the same exact serial number online. I received it today and swapped them. The car goes bananas with the unchipped ECU installed. It just barely starts and than acts like it wants to shut off. The car vibrates violently. I get two codes for the fuel injectors:
Fuel Injector for Cylinder 2(N31): Open Circuit:P1238
Fuel Injector for Cylinder 3(N32): Open Circuit:P1239
I'm guessing this is because there are special fuel injectors installed and ECU was flashed to complement them. Any help would be great, thanks!

Which GIAC tune is on the ECU? If it is a tune designed for the K04 then it will have different injectors and/or fuel pressure regulator compared to what the stock ECU expects.

Depends. GIAC has 2 different tunes for the K04: stock injectors with 5bar FPR (standard K04 tune), and 310-315cc injectors with 3bar FPR (PC-16 tune). The stock FPR is 4bar. PC-16 generally requires larger exhaust and FMIC, while the other does not necessarily require those.
Regardless, you're running super rich and the ECU is having a hard time adjusting. At WOT with the stock ECU and that setup you will practically be dumping fuel out the exhaust.
