ABS and Brake light flashing??

ABS and Brake light flashing??
This just started up the last few days. When I'm driving my car the ABS and Brake light start flashing and there's a loud beeping noise (the same when your gas is low). I notice when I tap the brake it makes the lights stop flashing and the noise stops. It's done it about 3 times in the last week. Any ideas?
