abs module

Question abs module

if i take my abs module out to have it rebuilt is it ok to drive my car without it i have a 97 1.8t AEB

Yes. All cars with ABS are designed to revert to continue to brake (without ABS of course) in the event of a module failure. So if your ABS brakes fail (which they have I assume as you're having a rebuild) then your car just loses the anti-lock assist. Be prepared to pump 'em! Are you sending it to Module Masters? Thats what I did and they were excellent. They have instructions for removal too!
