If you have a DD already I would say forego the bike if you REALLY want to fix your car and start piecing together a 5 speed swap.

 

I never posted when she came back on the road. She's been driving nice but the transmission jumps roughly 400-600 RPM after shifting out of the gear its in before shifting into the next gear. Only happens when upshifting. Started my custom almost BBK today and should have my ECU with 4 programs back from ECS (APR) tomorrow.




I thought the wheels were just super dirty but I haven't found a way to clean them yet. I'm thinking of just sanding them down and repainting them. Black or same color? Or do you know how I can clean it?

Are those the A8 rotors and TT carriers or something else?

 

yea they are. TT carriers from ECS Tuning came gold so i painted the calipers black. Wasn't sure how I would like it but I do after seeing it on there.

Installed the ECU back from ECS Tuning with APRs program and the car wouldn't start. She cranks and cranks and cranks but doesn't go anywhere. Back to ECS it goes! Chris, from ECS' customer service, was awesome and helped me out right away.
