after cat pipe
So I looked under the used audi and I see a beautiful foot of empty space where my flex pipe was.
After the cat is the flex pipe one piece or is it a pipe and then a flex pipe? The corrosion was so bad that is looks like it could have been two pieces.
How much of a bitch is it to change out that section? With the cat face humping the engine it looks like pain in the *** tight and knuckle bending.[:@]

there is the turbo, then the cat, then the flex pipe, then just pipe...... if you have 2 feet of gap you have alot of corrosion.......
if it is legal, i would do a tp, then flexpipe and have a shop make you some 2.5 in exhaust pipe all the way back to at least the stock muffler, but that is me

the flex pipe is about 10" long and it is welded on. your car exhaust must have been saturated in salt or somthing lol. might as well get a custom exhasut while you're at it because you'll definitely need to cheange all the piping
