Default After replacing slave and bleeding system, clutch stops halfway down, help!!

As stated above, I recently replaced my slave cylinder and the master to slave line. I used -3an ptfe braided line. I bled the system, but when I bled it the pedal would not return to the starting position. When I depressed the pedal it shoots fluid out, so I know theres fluid in the system. I start the car and when I push the clutch pedal, it only goes about halfway and stops like a brake pedal, doesn't budge any farther no matter how hard its pushed.
I am still able to shift through the gears but cant figure out whats wrong??
