I have a 99 1.8T, and i have found a pair of leather seats from a 2001 1.8T, that i would be willing to buy. I have heard that these seats will not fit into my car because the connector of the seat airbag is different, since the connection ports were changed. I was wondering if this is true.

Quick Correction: the leather seats are from a 2000 a4 1.8T not a 2001 a4 1.8T
