Exclamation Alternator/Cooling Fan Removal . . PLEASE HELP !!!

I am trying to replace the alternator on my 2000 1.8TQ and its quiet the tight working space. I have to remove the cooling fan in order for the alternator and alternator mounting bolts to slide out in order to replace it. I can not for the life of me get the cooling fan off though, im using a spanner wrench to try and hold the idler pulley but where is the drive nut bolt to actually loosen and remove the fan???

Any suggestions or help is hugely appreciated!!! thank you!

the bolt you're looking for is an allen bolt hidden in the back side of the fan's mounting boss on the engine block. i forget what size exactly but its something in the ballpark of an 8mm i think?
