Another Suspension Question
I've got a 97 1.9 110 TDi SE and it looks like a tractor. Are there any direct replacement suspension components, shocks etc that will give a sportier look and ride.
Any info appreciated.

Well, shocks do partially control ride height, but it's 95% determined by springs, so you'd want new springs. And then you'd need new shocks to be able to control those springs. So either go shocks/springs or go coilovers. Shocks/springs, when properly matched, are better than coilovers, but lack adjustability, so coilovers are popular. Coilovers can't change the ride height without changing the spring rates which is what makes them not optimal.
