Default anybody know who's A4 this was?

from the story I've been told, some shop in Ohio had this as their test dummy for all their new products back in the day so it's got built internals and some sort of tune. it had what I can only assume was a GT28RS turbo "the numbers on it are all gone except the trims" that was blow, it's got full exhaust, and a pucked race clutch. it has S4 rims, and the front plate that says 340HP sleeper which competely defeats the point of sleeper, but i'll take it off. the intake piping is pretty crappy, it still has the stock side mount intercooler. the owner of the shop I work at put a Wet shot ZEX setup in it for a lawyer down around Indy, and ended up buying it off of him. when the new turbo comes in, I'll be getting it. from what the boss told me, when it ran it had every bit of power the liscense plate claims. idk how often if ever the Nitrous was used as the bottle is missing, its got heated black leather and a sunroof, so I think that makes it the premium package, I'll have to do a little searching. Just curious if anybody knows what shop it would have been from or if they might know whats done internally by some random chance. here are some pics of the car and the turbo.
I'm from the Mitsubishi realm as my name suggests, so I'm interested to play with a European car. I test drove a B8 and the quattro in the snow is amazing. thanks for the help.

Looks rode hard and put away wet. Judging from the head lights and the stubby passenger's side mirror, I'd say it's a 97 AEB. Fuel rail looks stock, can't tell what the injectors or FPR are, but there is a fuel pressure gauge. Also looks to have a short shifter and a pretty kludged PCV crank case breather setup.

The leather (vinyl) and sunroof are standard for the 1.8T, there was no "premium package" that I'm aware of. Heated seats means you got the winter package, which also includes heated mirrors and some other stuff that escapes me.

Mind if I ask what you paid for it? Could definitely be a nice car with some TLC.

Not a bad trade!

Sorry, should have been more clear. 97 is the year I thought the car was, but turns out it's a 98

AEB is the engine code which should be stamped on the front of the cylinder head. Stock AEB injectors are black, so blue would indicate some kind of upgrade which you would expect.

Your guess is as good as mine without more info, either from the people who built the car or a part number from the injectors. I don't recognize the number you posted earlier, but i'm no expert.

i have a 97. no leather. just fyi. so it could have some sort of premium something.
and yeah definitely looks like its been romped. but id just check everything out, and sure it will be fun. check the timing belt too!
