Default anybody make their a4 a rally car?????

I was really bored yesterday so I found a seasonal road to mess around on and I had an awesome time and I'm sort of considering beefing up the suspension and doing a couple other things to make it more off road worthy. anyone do this to their a4? pics?

The Russian started to do it, but he sold the car. I want to do it but I want to get another A4 to do it to. I've heard TEIN sells a full rally kit for the A4 for $1500-$2000. You probably want to get the 1.8T because it's more moddable and I know the SCCA has rallycross events all over the country. I'm planning on doing it after I get some more cash. I'm broke as a joke right now.

I just want stronger suspension components so I dont have to keep replacing ball joints haha.

real rally takes a serious beating on the car, unless you have serious sponsors you'll have to be able to replace all those wheel bearings and control arms out of your own pocket...

I was just watching a documentary on the Touge and made me think that instead of making a BAT A4 I should continue building my 240 into a D-formula and get a cheap AEB A4 and making that into a tarmac/gravel rally car. Key is having a spare A4 laying around that you don't care if the under-chassis is cakes with mud and you don't have a stereo or dash at all. But don't think you'll have a DD also a rally car because too many things can break after each run. Plan on having a lift in your garage too since most of the damage is done to the custom skid plates and suspension.
