I'm looking for a replacement engine mount... I have a 2.8 12V, so I don't think any performance mounts will be necessary. With that in mind, I was just looking for a cheap engine mount and saw one on bimmerzone.com for $60. But it's from Febi.

1. Anyone know if it's a quality brand?
2. Does anyone else think buying a snub mount for a 2.8 is excess?

You can get a pair of OEM mounts on eBay for like $70. Mine will be here Monday .


I don't think so, but it depends on whether or not you're willing to deal with more vibrations (especially if you have a Tip). It didn't seem like a good enough trade off for me, so I'm going to skip that.
