Hell of a nice car man. I would say 6k and not go below $5,800. Just my thoughts. Reason I say this is because I was looking at the same year with about the same mileage and he listed it at $5,500 obo and it sold. Thought that was pretty cheap actually.

Thanks for confirming my thoughts interceptor. All the upgrades the car has including the recent timing belt job hopefully someone will be looking for this baby

Not to be disloyal (i love the audi design, interiors and handling) but I'm eyeing a 2003 WRX for some track fun.

I just recently bought a 97' A4 AWD 5-sp with 86K on it. It needs a wheel bearing and a new track for the moon roof. I paid $3500 for it. I felt is was a fair deal, but not a great deal. appears that by the time I get these items fixed I'll have close to blue book into it.
