Audi A4 1.8T Quattro Overheating

I just realized when I change the coolant I didn't "bleed" the engine, could that be causing this?

Bleeding it did NOT solve the problem

It doesn't circulate well from what I see, even when it's hot it only squirts out of the hose or take in coolant every 5-10 minutes which I don't think is normal. Does this sound like a bad water pump? How hard is it to replace?

Just as an update I went by and got a new duralast waterpump for it that has a metal impeller, hopefully this will solve the problem. Anybody have a link that shows me how to replace it by myself?
