Default Audi A4 B5 2.4L 30v Engine Rebuild! Finishing problems !

Hey guys, i'm just about to finish the rebuild of my dad's A4 and ran in a couple of problems!

1- i got 3 wires that i can't remember where they go, i've looked everywhere and can't find it!

2-When i first turned the engine on after the engine rebuild, the power steering pump was making a loud noise, i did the lock to lock procedure and top off the fluid, but i didn't do it first with the engine off, in a month and a half i turned the engine on a couple of times, but i was waiting for the new oil cap. So the car wasn't turned on for a least a month, yesterday i went to install the cap and turned the engine on, power steering is gone, no sound, fluid is full. I did the whole procedure to get the air lock out, lift car, lock to lock 10x, car down, engine on, lock to lock 10x, but still no response from the pump!

3- I'm getting a loud clicking noise from the driver side head, maybe the lifters are not fully lubricated? I did not drive the car yet !

Thanks guys for any help you guys can give me!!!

Here are some pictures from the wires :

When the motor hasn't run for a few weeks, it takes forever to get enough oil pressure up in the valve train to stop the clattering from the can tensioner. Give it some time, I think the noise will take care of itself.

Can't tell on your plugs as I can' really see the plugs in the first pic. Could be to the windshield washer and headlight washer pumps. Second two pics, looks like it's just a single wire on a plug. That's usually a ground from somewhere. How bout the little wire that goes to the hood latch...but I think that's a two wire plug.

I can't see the two wires in the first picture very well but they look like the two wires that go to the hood switch that is to the right of the hood latch. The third wire looks like it could be the wire that goes to the oil temp sensor. The oil temp. sensor is to the right of the crank pulley on the front of the engine. I'm not sure if you can see it without removing covers or other things.

Those could be wires for the horn. Also for the air bag sensors. Possibly for the washer fluid reservoir.
