Question autobahn 88 ???

i was searching for a new exhst manifold for my car. thats when i came across this brand. i tried looking for reviews and i could only find skyline, evo, and wrx reviews. they say its ok for the price.
im wondering if any one here has it or heard anything about it?
i like it because its a tubular manifold that keeps the turbo in the stock location.
its for 1.8t B5 audi

any time the description of something for sale is very ambiguous or inaccurate really gets under my skin. if you want to convince someone to buy something, be specific about what is for sale. when they are not it makes me believe that its a piece of garbage they are trying to pawn off on someone.

This manifold can increase 13% on standard engine and maximum of 40% on fully modification engine.
what is exactly increased 13 to 40%? HP? TQ? MPG? noise level?

If you have modify engine such as bigger turbo, camshaft, this Manifold is a must for your engine.
well if you have a bigger turbo, with the exception of a k04, the bigger turbo isnt going to use the same flange type so this manifold is unusable.

i cant really speak of the quality of the part, but i would stick with a cast log style manifold for a k03/k04 which can be had for under $150 and will work just as good.

i do plan to go to a gtrs or 28 turbo in the future, but for now i plan to run the k04. the stock manifold is good, but i asume if u combine it with a free flowing exhst you would have a decent pre set up for any bolt on turbo (at least on the exhst side). the ATP or 034 motorsport just same too expensive.

^I am not sure whether the kinks have been worked out with those manifolds? I just remember a bad batch a few months back...

as for autobahn88, the only thing I have hears about them was that they made a decent silicone hose set for our cars and docurley ran them on his widebody b5 *RIP*

I would suggest sticking with the stock mani until making it to a bigger turbo...gl!

In sweden there's a couple of guys running that one... If I remember right someone had to widen one of the holes on the manifold in order to get it to line upp with the bolts. But other than that I think Autobahn88 have great quality.
I have orderd a FMIC kit and the manifold for my A4 1.8T K04... should have it next week!

Yep, I'll let you know... I should get the IC and manifold in the beginning of next week!
I don't know when I'll install them yet but probably I'll get so excited that I install them the same day =)

i think your thinking of the ATP manifold, 034 makes their own and haven't heard of any issues, and a lot of guys run them...
