Question Axle bolt torque?

Just replacing a CV joint and I haven't been able to find out what the correct torque spec is for the Axle bolt. I know the factory bolt is a 17mm allen but this new one is a standard metric bolt.. The kit didn't come with any instructions.

Thanks! Also I found out that it's not a 17mm Allen it's a 14mm one. I've been on the hunt all night trying to find a 14mm or even a 9/16" allen socket/wrench.. none of the parts stors here have them and neither does the sears or harbor freight.
