Holy **** people...I didn't think I'd get this many responses haha, I appreciate the enthusiasm and the help

My Goals for all this stuff:
1) Try n stay under $250 for all this if i can
2) HID would be nice, but isn't necessary RIGHT away, but eventually would wanna convert
3) As little complications as possible- I don't really trust myself or anyone else for that matter cutting my fender, so would a 2pc. set like http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/AUDI-...Q5fAccessories << those be good/easy to put in?

Like i said, very car-illiterate, so when you guys say things like OEM or DEPO, are those brands? I know JDM is Japanese domestic model or something? Idk people

OEM is an acronym for Original Equipment Manufacturer. Just means that this is the stuff that *could* have come on the car originally. In the case of Audi, that would be stuff like Bosch, Valeo, Bilstein, and all the parts Audi made themselves. DEPO is a brand, yes.

i just installed the depo 2 piece projectors, and 6000k DDM HID kit.. no they arent valeos and the quality although is alright its nothing like the Valeos, but the cutoff for the projector is VERY crisp, and they work VERY well with HIDs.. completley plug and play with your car.. best way to go, and i promise you wont look back or regret it..

So basically i need projector headlights with an HID kit from DDM tuning, and specify the bulbs for the HID kit as to fit the headlights i get? For instance a couple i've been looking at say D25 bulbs, so i would get D25 bulbs in the HID kit, right? Idk about all this ballast stuff and what not, i think the headlights come prepared for that stuff?

D2S, and no, the kits don't use D2S. They use custom stuff and the base of the bulb is for whatever light they're meant for (H7 for us halogen projector owners).

Turbo i really didnt get the best deal around on the headlights.. i didnt wanna deal with any problems so i bought them from www.eurobahnmotorsports.com i had never ordered from them before but the lights were in great shape and boxed properly.. excellent condition.. i paid 240 for the headlights and then another 30 to ship them cross country.. i know there are places to pick them up cheaper but i wasnt waiting anymore and i had the money so i just did it.. they use the H7 bulb in both lows and highs.. so a DDM h7 kit will work just fine
