Default B5 S4 Exhaust on a 1.8T Is it possible??

As above really, my 1.8T is blowing a lot and I know somebody with S4 2.7 exhaust going spare. It looks pretty similar but have no idea about these things.. would it be a like for like swap or loads of hassle? any advice would be great.
Cheers
John

the S4 exhaust splits into bi-pipes somewhere up towards the front of the car as far as i know.. so i think youre outta luck.. plus i doubt as if all the hangers are in the same spots..

thanks for the info, as far as I can remember it splits after the cat?
I thought I could connect the middle pipe and backbox to my cat.. maybe
as you can tell I have no idea about this sort of stuff.
Thanks again for the reply...

a two-bank V6 exhaust will obviously not bolt on to a single-bank 4 cylinder engine.

Thanks for the reply, the S4 exhaust in that picture is not a B5 it's a later model. The B5 model splits into bi pipes at the front but is one pipe back from the Cat to the middle pipe to the backbox which has the twin exhausts.
Just wondered if I could maybe use some of it, maybe just the backbox as a cheap fix for mine.
