but the inevitable bad luck reared its head,hit a road excavation at 11.30 at night

its sorted now but it shattered my arb mounts at the same time and my brakes also need done now so itll be a week or so before I get the last two tyres and the spacers and get them on

Yeah its the original paint,145,ooo miles worth off it Its a clean old bus in a colour I like which is why I picked it up

I'm digging those Miros big time on the B5. Are those the 9.5 ones? I see a lot of concave action going on.

Hurry and get some tires on!

cheers and yeah,theyre 9.5s all round as I wasnt to fond of the lesser concave on the 8,5s. Theyre not Miro's though,theyre called 3sdms over here but I think theyre the same wheel

and the summary of the attempted new brake fitting went something like 5 out of 8 slides were seized so I freed them off and gave them a light rub with emery cloth and regreased them,gave all the calipers a basic clean up but my right rear calipers piston is absolutely welded solid no option but new caliper on monday I guess so more funds being abused before I get new tyres

pretty much...not pulling the flares like the last time though. Wheels are on stand bye still because I just redone all the brakes(and a new rear caliper )so kinda tight to get the last two tyres
