you'd be surprised then haha. 95% is all positive and people love it. Definitely a head turner haha especially when me and the allroad drive around together.

I used 1080 3m vinyl. did it on my own in my parents garage. (about $250 total including knives, heat gun, tape, ect)

Can confirm that getting all the plasti dip off is not easy, by any means.

On large paneled surfaces it's no big deal, it's the curves and crevices that will have you scratching at it for hours, possibly damaging the paint underneath. And that's just my experience from plasti-dipping my 5 spoke wheels. It's the main reason I haven't tried to remove the plasti-dip from my mirror housings. I'm dreading having to get it off the inside edges and corners.

You didn't apply enough coats then, it should all peel off together. I've watched enough videos and done it myself to know. Don't put the right amount of coats on and yes you'll be there for hours trying to get it all off.

Just check of dipyourcar on YouTube. They plasti dip the same Audi over and over.

I've put on in excess of 4 coats, sometimes even a bit too thick and caused runs. I still spent way too long having to dig the plasti-dip out from the outside lip of the wheels' rim.

Do you have a specific video you can point me to?
