so i was wondering who has the best deal for a k04 kit or if im better off piecing it together myself?

the best way to save money on a k04 kit, as most people will tell you, is not to buy the kit in the first place and save the money for a gtrs kit. with that said, to find any kind of performance gains from a chipped ecu you would, or my guess would be, to have a k03/04 hybrid made up by gpop shop. if you wanna go k04 that bad, i would wait until your stock turbo goes out then you could justify the cost, or check the classifieds for a used one

 

Thanks for the info! How much are the gtrs and Where would I go about finding the gtrs kit ? You said classified I assume you mean here on the fourm site?Is there anywhere else? Also do I have to have my chip sent in for reprograming thanks again
