Boost Gauge Pod Options
I bet that looks sweet though.
I know opinions differ on this, but whatever you end up doing, I'd recommend getting an analog gauge.
Not only are you going straight from the vacuum tap - to the gauge itself - but you also have the benefit of not needing to look at it (I.E. If you can't take your eyes off the road at the time).
When my boost hits 10+psi, the pressure will cause the gauge internals to rattle a little bit (just enough to hear - it doesn't effect the reading at all), so you can be doing whatever it is that causes you to need max boost and never have to look at your gauge (wherever you put it).
This ^^^ might be a moot point to some (I thought it was F***ing annoying at first), but I love it now . The only time I look at my gauge now, is to check vacuum and to admire how well the lighting matches the rest of the car (I wired it to the parking lights, which includes all other lights of course).

I'm just going to extend the light bulb wires and tap into the drivers side air vent.
My gauge makes no noise at all so yours is unique.
I think analog is the way to go as well simply just because it matches everything. It's more exciting to watch the needle mice up and down than a number I think.

That's exactly what I did.

That's interesting, because I called the company about it and they said "everyone reports that, with every gauge, on all the forums."
Whatever. I don't mind it anymore. It let's anyone in the car know that you're puttin' some serious PSI to that engine - "That's what's throwing your head back." lol

Okay well maybe mine does I probably just can't hear it over my exhaust or radio. I have to have a closer listen next time.
I noticed you actually have a different gauge than I do. I have the VDO gauge that I got from ECS.

You forked over the big bucks I see. Definitely looks nice.
