If you dont have any external leaks you then need to check out your n75 valve and your diverter valve for issues.
Okay, how do I check the n75 for issues? It wasn't making any noise when I did the tennis ball leak check. And the DV is brand new, and functioned great when I installed it.

when i use the tennis ball, i tunr the pressure down to ~15psi and charge the system for 5 seconds or so then stop and listen for leaks, it wont be loud and you need to check the entire charge system, never had an issue with the pankake valve
When I went to do this test, it wouldn't really "charge". I just got the noise of the air moving into/through the IM, and the air seemed to be gone from there. I'll check the hoses at the IM, but they looked okay.

clean your maf, we where getting the bank 1 code on the 01, checked for leaks and had no leaks, but the vagcom was claiming we had a leak. cleaned the maf, and the code went away, and requested boost was proper as per the vagcom
