Default Boost leak

So I did the tennis ball boost/vacuum leak test, and can hear a leak loud and clear. But for the life of me, I can't pin point the actual leak. Any suggestions on a bitter way to pin point the leak? It is coming from somewhere either under the headers, or just behind the headers. Any help is greatly appreciated!

thats the wastegate area... are you getting barely any boost? The wg flapper is a very common issue. The best way imo is to smoke it.

Can I some how smoke it myself, or have it done professionally?

As far as the boost, it builds up and ten just kinda fades.

From what I read... when the waste gate flap craps out, it cause the car to make a loud noise when driving. My car sounds normal, just a loss of boost. It still holds alittle boost, just not the full amount it should.

Like I said in your other thread, if you don't have access to a smoke machine, try soapy water from a spray bottle. It sounds archaic but if you can use a boost leak tester and some compressed air it works really well.
