Question Bov

hi guys, i am thinking on buying a BOV for my car, and i am just wondering what would be the cheapest and safest way to buy? are the ebay ones safe? and would not f**k up my car? is there anyone here has the bov on their car? no cel once installed?

Audi guys tend to generally run DV's instead of BOV.

^ Or couple tanks of NOS would be a wise investment.

I saw your "Quote" on a t-shirt last night....... pretty funny that I've never seen it before and just saw it twice.

Oh, don't look at bov's.... if you want sound, you will need to be chipped first for it to be audible then if you're chipped you'll need to get an upgraded diverter valve (research these), then get an intake or make one, but then you'll need a heatshield, and finally it will make a little noise. Or bypass all of that, get the forge splitter and it will make a little noise too (depends on if you're chipped or not).
Read all of the new owner stickies though, seriously... they're there for a reason

forge 004 with a spacer in it, or a forge splitter. I have run both with no issues, I now run a forge 007 which is byfar the best DV out there imho.

I ran the GFB hybrid and then the GFB FX Stealth with no issues back when I was running custom ECU tuning. The hybrid is 50/50 and the Stealth is adjustable.
