So I installed some altezza tail lights today (ya I dunno what got into me but they look alright!), and as I was driving home today I notice the brake light in the center rear is on even when im not braking. When I do brake, it gets slightly brighter. Idk if its supposed to be this way but I doubt it! Help!!!

 

just to clarify, its NOT the lights on the altezza tail lights that are lighting up for no reason its the CENTER 3rd Brake light in the middle of the car. Its on when im not even braking.
