car is 1995.5 S6. Typically, the brake light stays on for several seconds after engine start, and always after first start of day. I have been told that my "bomb" is leaking, which I believe is a slang term for the brake accumulator bottle. Can someone tell me if that is likely true, and if so, what is involved in replacing it either as a DIY project, or the cost at a dealer. Also, since the car has been doing this for more than a year now with no apparent effect on braking performance, can the light be overlooked, so long as it does goes out in a reasonable time after engine start?
