I'll be the newbie dick for a minute. They are only rear pads. Your main braking comes from your fronts, if these were fronts I would be a little more concerned but rears you can technically live without having a decent pad.
Would I buy them? Probably not but that is your deal.

There is also a difference between no rear brakes and **** pads rear brakes.

I don't care if you have driven cars with no brakes... You lose your rear brakes and you have serious problems - it does not matter about the % of front to rear braking ratio. If a cars rear brakes fail, you WILL notice, and it WILL account for loss of control in the event of an emergency reaction.
