running plain rotors and if I recall correctly Mintex pads

If you would like, I haven't needed to justify the purchase myself but yeah. I've been told slotted is better than drilled so you should be good.

they fill out the empty space behind the wheel as well, especially if you are running stock 16 inchers

The upgraded rotors are going to look better but won't perform any better in street driving. I have them and love them. I'm using Hawk ceramic pads with them and the setup rocks. Get it.

I also run that type of setup(A8/A4 3.0) rotor with TT carriers and I love it, but I got mine from Purems a few years ago. Thats a really great price.

i have that set with power stop cross drilled rotors and carbotech bobcat pads and i can easly move thing that are in the back seat to the front with out touching them It's magic!!!!
