I have a AVH-P3200DVD Headunit w/ volkswagen wire Harness/volkswagen Female To Motorola Male Radio wire/ two 2 way 140w max 5-1/4" Front speakers/two 3 way 220w max 6-1/2" Rear 3-way speakers

All you need to get is a dash kit and if you want,amp and woofer,wires ect...then your good to go.

I was going to install this in my 2001 Audi A4 but my money is funny,so i need to sell this asap. everything is new,i never opened or used anything you see here.

I wish i can keep it,my 2001 Audi A4's Transmission control modual is done,so i need to raise money,need it for other purposes aswel.

We might have the same car but different insides! I can guarantee it wouldn't fit!
My guess is yours looks something like this with a symphony radio

This is mine with a concert radio, I in exchange have a gap below my ashtray (which you dont) to hold my cell phone gum and loose change!
