Broken transmission mount!!! help!

Exclamation Broken transmission mount!!! help!

I am not sure, but i think this is a transmission mount. Can anybody help? or is anyone selling this from a part out.. check the pictures please.
Also, is this an easy job to fix?

that's not the mount, that's the bracket. you can get one from somebody parting out a car. i wouldn't try looking for a new one unless you got extra money somewhere lol

Correct, that is a transmission mount bracket. They are nearly impossible to find at a junk yard because when they pull the transmissions out they pretty much break those brackets right off instead of pulling the bolts out.

is it bad to drive with that being broken?

It is if the transmission is able to move around when you get on/off the throttle.

how much does it usually cost to fix this problem?

I can get you a new bracket for the passenger side for $115 + shipping. I have someone that is selling me their transmission from their A4 which they are parting out, I will see if the transmission will come with the brackets.

Did you want a new one or find out if I will be able to get a used one from the guy selling me his tranmission?

i would rather get the used one, if its less expensive. but honestly i cant wait so if its gonna take awhile fr the used one, id rather get the new one if i can get it sooner.
