Default Buying a CF hood online from a junkyard, good idea?

I found some really cheap hoods through car-part.com. All of them around $100 to $200. They all state, aftermarket, new, and un-damaged. I'm guessing they're cf hoods. This all sounds too good to be true, even with the shipping cost. I'm going to ask about the brand, how faded, and hopefully get some pics, but is there anything else I should ask them? Am I setting myself up to be ripped off? I'd like to buy new, but a price this low is at least worth checking out in my opinion. What do you guys think?

You should definitely check that out and I think that some pictures is the best way to see what it's all about ... and if it look good, please send me that link because I would love a cheap cf hood !

I checked out the website and there are no CF hoods on there. They are all used OEM from other cars or aftermarket once. Some have grille and some dont. Great website tho! Def going in my bookmarks. Thanks

I know that most of them were OEM but they also had some aftermarket ones. I'm guessing they're either carbon fiber or fiberglass. What else could they mean by aftermarket?

As for the grille, I planned on getting an RS4 grille anyway. Are these a direct fit to the A4? or is it similar to the bumper, where you need to find an "RS4 style" part to fit your A4 because the actual RS4 part has different dimensions?

By aftermarket they mean not an audi part like these

I would doubt there carbon fiber or fiberglass hoods on there. Just 3rd party replacement hoods made of metal.
