I am planning on doing the a8/tt brake upgrade and was wondering which year tt do I need to get the carriers from? Does the tt engine size matter? I ask because I have found several different prices for the carriers. Thanks

 

I am not completely sure but I think the 225hp TT will work. Hopefully somebody who has the kit will chime in and give you a definitive answer.

 

All TT 225 from 2000 - 2005.

 

What year a8 rotors?

 

all 1.8t TT'S use the same carriers, 180 and 225

 

A8 rotors (314 x 30mm) 1994 - 1998.

 

...or just buy the kit that already has this stuff, unless you're getting a good deal on parts.
