Where can I get a used compressor? Shokan wants $245 + shipping. AP Specialties doesn't answer emails and the local junkyard doesn't have one. Mine has siezed up and therefore no driving the car until it's replaced.

 

Shokan's prices are jacked. I wouldn't recommend them unless you are extremely hard up to find a part.

i got one of vortex that came off a car with about 25k miles on it for $25. Most there go for $50-150 and at most you will have to change the harness if they are different like i had to. Other than that, it works good and thats with a a/c recharge can

 

I'm a little skeptical to get one off ebay. Used is used though, so I might as well pick one and hope for the best.
