Default Cam Timing
My friend wants to retard the cam timing on his '03 Focus to try to get better power. I have a 2.8 30v V6 w/ tip. I'm also looking for more power; can I do the same thing? If so, is it relatively easy?

no to all those questions for many reasons.

you need an adjustable cam gear to even be able to do it, which you dont have. your friend doesnt sound like he has any idea what hes doing.
