camshaft seals
Done them on other cars and they've always been tedious. You have a seal that's usually seated into a recess and has to be pried out. If you ham-fist it you're gonna have trouble. Be careful not to scratch the surface of the cam - do that and you may create a leak that is only fixable by replacing the cam.
Overall it's doable but a cumbersome pain in the ***.

I've done the passenger side. Wanted to do both sides but you need a cam tension release tool, which i didnt have at the time. the passenger side is no problem, the driver side you have to raise up boith cams just a lil bit to get it in. bloauparts sells a good kit that comes with the 2 rear seals, tensioner seals, valve cover gaskets and some other seals. They even throw in some good instructions, nice cuz bentley dont even cover it... some manual huh? Im actually going out to the shop to do the drivers side tomorrow and i can take some pics to post up...
