Default Can't decide which one to get.

I just got into an accident thursday due to a drunk driver, and now my a4 that i had is totaled. So i'm looking for a new on. I know there's a big difference in price between these two, but just by looking at the two, which would you guys choose?

2000 AUDI A4

2001 AUDI A4 1.8T

Thank you.

Number one looks to be in a better shape than the second one so I'd choose the first one.

Though I don't like the fact that the first one has been messed with.

This ^, but I would never pay that much unless it was near perfect

Damn, I paid 5000$ for mine two years ago, quattro stick white 96,000 mi. The first one looks way better but should way cheaper man. The silver one is not a bad choice either, just more plain looking, but still an audi, that makes it awesome.
