damn....I panicked when I need to do inspection on my car (I have the ABS and Brake light on permanently as well). Here in the great state of NJ I thought I'd fail because of it. Turns out I failed because my driver side window wouldn't go down (broken regulator) I passed with them on. Do you know for a fact that you can't pass with them on?

yea, i went and the guy told me i can't pass simply because the brake light is on. and it sucks since i'm a NJ guy anyway but in MO for school and need to inspect it here...
