Default Carbonio is a pain in the A$$

wow, i finally decided to change my filter today and what a huge dam job it is. The only bolt that holds the filter is under a bunch of **** and it next to impossible to take off. it took me half an hour to to unscrew one bolt beucase i have to figure out how to hold it while i undid the washer. I cant believe how stupidly placed this bolt it and im really pissed off that it was so hard to unscrew. the filter is soaking in some water now and then i will have the pleasure of putting it back in once im done. I have never disliked my intake until right now. also the fact that its -10 outside right now doesent help too much eather.

Mega Word! I figured buying the Carbonio for my car would gimme a well desgined product. hell NO! That filter design and the overall quality of design is SHEEET! i think someone over there figured out how to make things out of carbon fiber and then went crazy because thats the only well made part THE PART THAT DOESNT MATTER!!!

there's a bolt that holds the filter? who does that lol. what you need is a MAF adapter, a cone fitler and a heat shield

Amazing isn't it? And go figure, my $50 eBay intake is a piece of cake to install, clean, and uninstall
