If you need further prodding, you're young and I assume no kids that you are aware of - this is the time to do it if anytime is. Once you've got a mortgage, kids, etc, it gets harder to justify the money. Go for it and do what you want to do, but keep it within reason - even without being encumbered with the expenses of "older" life, there's a point after which it just doesn't make sense to keep going. Since you're mostly stock, get out the credit card
