Default CEL codes, on then gone?

So i had a CEL on. Went to autozone they pulled p1237,1238,1239,1240. According to a list i found here.
http://www.bentleypublishers.com/tec....dtc.table.htm

That is Fuel Inj.Circ. Short to Ground on all four cylinders. It went away a short time later. Is this flashing on and then back off normal? Is it something I should be concerned with?

Thanks in advance.

BTW 1.8t, manual transmission. Quattro.

Is the light blinking, or just solid on for a while, then solid off?

Was solid on then it went away. After i pulled the codes it went away after about 15 minutes of driving.

I've heard from a shop tech at the local dealer that some codes are self clearing, and the ecu will clear it after so many good start cycles, but never that quick... Plus I'd think a fuel code would be a hard code (one that can't self clear)

Have an appointment with a mechanic to talk about that and a couple of other little glitches. Will hopefully get it straightened out.
