Default Central Locking Pump repair?

Been trolling the forums for a few days now looking for a repair kit for my, you guessed it, Central Locking Pump. Pulled it out yesterday, took it apart and saw the famous graphite fan massacre. I do not want to drop 150$ on a new unit and have to reprogram my FOB. Has anyone found just the graphite plates? Or a really cheap unit to pull the plates out of? Craigslist is failing me this weekend lol

Which other pumps are compatible? Like the passat is but what about the a6? a jetta? even if the actuator itself isnt compatible, what about the components inside? (considering i just need the graphite plates anyways)

so i pulled my locking pump and several jettas from 96-99. My car is a 98, in cast my name threw you off =P

Anyways, the vacuum supplies look exactly the same. (Jetta has a 1 line, audi has the 2 line) They have approximately the same size electric motor so what i did was i put the jetta motor in the audi pump. DID NOT WORK. the jetta's sound like they are getting waaaaaaay too much voltage and even then, my locks do not engage. The relays are good, thats for sure. What can I try next? my pump is the 8LO model.

Does anyone have a pump for sale? I am not trying to spend more then 50-75$ for a part thats almost 14 years old with no warranty.

I got mine from I think a 98 Jetta. Works fine. It's a little loud though. Louder than I remember the stock one being.
